Looking back on my own journey, I can readily identify the keys to my success. These are the lessons I pass on to my clients, harnessing the messages for a greater good:

Self awareness.
Success is discouraging when we fail to learn how to repeat it. Mistakes, while initially discouraging, are great opportunities to find areas we’re ready to change. I help you see your successes gracefully, find the willingness to admit mistakes, and discover the gold in both.

Achieve balance.
I know first-hand how family life can be impaired by an imbalance between work and life, and by stressed relationships with business partners. After spending most of my life as a workaholic, I learned how to turn things around. I can help you strike the right balance for your needs, your partnership, and your family life.

Take responsibility.
I am solely responsible for choosing the people I want to partner and collaborate with. My inner knowledge provides clues about how I should spend my time and energies. The result: I lose little time and energy being with people who are not appropriate for me. I can help you take responsibility for the partnership you want.

Ask clear questions.
When faced with a major decision, my inner knowledge usually provides excellent, prompt, reliable advice. This requires asking very clear and specific questions, which is excellent practice for clearer communications in business. I teach you to ask clear and specific questions that lead to explicit and complete answers.

Separate from negativity.
When faced with an angry person or negative situation, I have the freedom to choose my own response. I can help you stop the vicious cycle of blaming and avoid feeding the negative fire within.

Ask for help.
When a situation seems cloudy, confusing, or murky, I ask others to help me see what I cannot see myself. I can help you learn when and how to ask for help, as well as find ways to meet your partner half way.

Listen well.
Being heard is one of the greatest (and most unfulfilled) needs for people. Truly listening and hearing each other leads to deeper relationships, and my own marriage of 45 years is testament to that. I can help you to be a great listener and find that deeper positive impact.

Pursue authentic happiness.
This goal has greatly impacted how I conduct my life. More happy, cooperative, caring people and events come into my life–and their presence breeds even more happiness, good will, kindness, generosity, flow, and love for all of us. I can help you pursue your own abundant, authentic happiness.
